1. Shipping and delivery
• Items in stock are usually shipped or prepared for pickup within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
• We strive to keep all items in stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 1 business day with the expected delivery time.
• If one or more items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be informed in a timely manner via email or another agreed communication method. The customer can choose to:
– Wait for the complete order to be delivered at no additional cost, or
– Receive the available items immediately.
Any additional shipping costs for split deliveries will only be charged if this has been clearly communicated to the customer in advance and accepted by the customer.
• The deadline for delivery is 30 days, in accordance with the legal requirement.
• Shipping is done via DHL (within Europe) or PostNL (outside Europe). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace information.
Delivery options
– Whenever possible, we ship packages as a mailbox package.
– You can also choose to have your package delivered to a DHL ServicePoint. Keep a close eye on the track & trace. If the package is not picked up and returned on time, we may charge shipping costs again for resending it. This only happens when this has been clearly communicated in advance.
Collection
– Pickup is available by appointment. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail. You can then use that e-mail or our contact form to make a pickup appointment. This option is available at checkout.
Problems with delivery?
Are you waiting for a package that has not yet been delivered? If so, please check the following first:
- Track & trace: View shipping status via the link received.
- Delivery Address: Make sure you have entered the correct address.
- Mailbox or neighbors: See if a no-home message was left or check with neighbors. Sometimes the delivery person will automatically schedule a new delivery time.
Damaged delivery
Has your order arrived damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovery, using the contact form.
3. Right of withdrawal & returns.
Reflection period
– As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
– Custom-made articles are excluded from this (in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Civil Code).
Returns
– To register a return, please contact us via the contact form or by responding to your order confirmation email. Please include a completed
– We will refund the purchase price within 14 days upon receipt of the return item via the original payment method. In practice, this usually happens within 3 business days.
Order error
Did you accidentally order the wrong item? Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or by e-mail. As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we can still adjust it in many cases.
